This was super easy, I'm not gonna go into detail because I honestly don't think I have to tell people how to cook cous cous. But here's how it went down:
01) Cook the cous cous according to the instructions on the package
02) Throw the ginger balls into a frying pan
03) Chop up the vegetables and throw into a salad bowl
04) Mix with cous cous and feta cheese
05) Serve with the ginger balls and a side of natural yoghurt
It was super easy to make, took no time at all, and left me with minimal amount of dishes, which is always appreciated. However, I had some issues with the portion sizes. The package of ginger balls contained only something like 12 balls, which I don't think is enough to feed 4 adults so that they're all satisfied with the meal. And the amount of cous cous salad was absolutely ridiculous, it could without a doubt feed up to at least 5 or 6 adults. So I think the have most definitely made a miscalculation in regards to the portion sizes. I would definitely only make half the cous cous (which is why I didn't post the amount they suggested so you can decide for yourself how much food you want to make). But all in all, a tasty meal that was easy to make. I liked it. 😊

02) Stek ingefärsbollarna i stekpannan
